Ziggurat is not a typical organization and this is not a typical careers page. We are not filling seats. We are building a practice, and we are looking for people who already understand, instinctively, that rooms are never neutral.

The ability to walk into a space and feel what it is communicating before anyone has spoken. The instinct to notice who holds authority, where energy concentrates, and what the environment is asking of the people within it.

They are disciplined without being rigid, observant without being passive, and genuinely committed to the idea that the environments where people gather deserve the same level of care as everything else that matters.

The Tracks

Three ways to contribute to the discipline.

The Field — Keepers

Keepers are the environmental architects of Ziggurat. They design and steward engagements from first client contact through final evaluation, applying the five integrated disciplines of spatial architecture, social architecture, authority mapping, environmental calibration, and temporal design. This is the core practice of the methodology and the most demanding track within it.

Operations

Operations is the infrastructure that allows the methodology to function with integrity. People in this track build and maintain the systems, processes, and coordination frameworks that support Keepers in the field and clients through the engagement lifecycle. If you understand how organizations work and take genuine satisfaction in making complex things run cleanly, this track may be yours.

Administration

Administration supports the practice at every level, from client communications and scheduling to documentation and financial management. The standard in this track is the same as in the field: precision, discretion, and a genuine commitment to the people and the work.
